Model 745
The Model 745 is a proven member of the growing Flo-Flex® family of our rubber disc swing check valves. Flo-Flex® provides the water and wastewater industry one of the broadest line of flexible rubber disc swing checks available on the market today. The flange to flange lay length is according to ANSI/AWWA C508-01.

ANSI B16.1, class 150 Ductile iron Body ASTM A536 65-45-12. Epoxy Powder, Buna-N Plug, V-Type Packing, Self Lubricating Type 316 Stainless Steel thrust bearing.
WITH BACKFLUSH DEVICE
ANSI B16.1, class 150 Ductile iron Body ASTM A536 65-45-12. Epoxy coated, Buna-N Plug, V-Type Packing, Self Lubricating Type 316 Stainless Steel thrust bearing.
Additionally, an optional wrench handle for use with a direct 2” operating nut is available
WITH POSITION INDICATOR
Series 5400 valves are Ductile iron Body Epoxy coated, Buna-N Plug, V-Type Packing, Self Lubricating Type 316 Stainless Steel thrust bearing. Mechanical Joint Valves comply with ANSI/AWWA C111/A21.11.
WITH POSITION INDICATOR AND BACKFLUSH DEVICE
Ductile iron Body ASTM A536 65-45-12. Epoxy coated, Buna-N Plug, V-Type Packing, Self Lubricating Type 316 Stainless Steel thrust bearing.
WITH LIMIT SWITCH (SPDT)
Electric actuated plug valve, for open/close service with manual hand-wheel override.

Flomatic Offers Model 745 AIS Compliant in sizes 3″ thru 12″. Flomatic’s Flo-Flex® AIS Compliant Model 745 include all the same features as the regular Model 745 with additional benefits: Raised body bosses – drilled, tapped, and plugged for easy installation of gauges or accessories. Please consult with factory for availability.
